Salary: $130K annually

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

The Engineering & Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing Manufacturing Operations and Engineering departments, including R&D and Manufacturing Engineering teams. This role focuses on product development, implementing new technologies, and managing key metrics like revenue, quality, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:



  • Experience in engineering or operations management.
  • Strong leadership with experience managing R&D, Manufacturing Engineering, and Operations teams.
  • Proficient in 5S and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Familiar with FDA regulations and ISO standards.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.



Responsibilities:



  • Lead R&D, Manufacturing Engineering, and Operations to meet company objectives.
  • Develop and enforce manufacturing policies for quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure on-time shipments and resolve operational issues.
  • Oversee product design and modifications.
  • Implement 5S and Six Sigma practices.
  • Manage operating and capital budgets.
  • Ensure FDA and ISO compliance.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on product planning.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and ensure regulatory compliance.
