GENERAL FUNCTION:

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing program that provides eCommerce capabilities for Fifth Third bank. Specifically, you will lead the 53.com Website strategy, development, execution, and delivery against performance goals. Your digital product will serve as the front door to the bank and the first introduction to customers and prospects alike. Your product will allow for ease of access and seamless navigation experience to key products or services for consumer, commercial, and enterprise visitors traversing the site. These visitors could be looking to shop and apply for a product, contact our customer service, book an appointment, find a branch, or read financial insights articles.

The 53.com Product Manager will work with multiple stakeholders across lines of businesses, User Experience and IT teams to design, develop and execute the website product vision which includes running discovery sessions, owning the product roadmap, and seeing delivery across multiple squads from idea development to a production release.

The role requires significant cross-functional collaboration to ensure work is properly understood, documented, planned, communicated, and agreed by stakeholders, engineers, and leadership.

They stay abreast of key trends and developments in the digital industry and across competitors and demonstrate a passion for innovation in their day-to-day work. The candidate develops the business strategy and execution plan while also understanding key technology considerations to help ensure a successful rollout.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Accountable for all aspects of the website and its performance
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across lines of businesses, User Experience and IT teams to design, develop and execute the multi-year product vision. Translate that product vision into a product delivery roadmap.
  • Define website objectives, key focus areas and results metrics, and conduct industry and competitive analysis & research required to make product recommendations.
  • Shepard the website through development, testing and launch; learning, iterating, and advocating to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Constantly strive to improve usage and conversion while delivering best-in-class experiences to our prospects and customers.
  • Identify and understand regulatory requirements and needs within the product domain (e.g., privacy and accessibility laws).
  • Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements and user needs into website requirements.
  • Build and maintain a prioritized product roadmap and corresponding backlog for upcoming development.
  • Facilitate product increment and release planning with product owners as well as stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with product owners to prioritize resources and features, helping them set objectives for the development sprints and maintain a list of features in order to increase market share and increase adoption within target market.
  • Work with engineering and support to improve the development team's efficiency.
  • Work with support teams to resolve customer issues including triaging and prioritizing bugs and customer-reported issues.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for providing employees timely, candid and constructive performance feedback; developing employees to their fullest potential; developing the appropriate talent pool to ensure adequate bench strength and succession planning; recognizing and rewarding employees for accomplishments. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5- 7 years of related experience as a Digital Product Manager of eCommerce websites.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic development and program execution with Banking websites or Consumer banking digital products such as: Online Account Opening software and Processes Security, Identity Management, Money Movement, Payments, Credit/Debit Card Self Service features, and Alerts.
  • Experience working in Agile development.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, and Adobe Target
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to work through complex concepts/data and present well thought-out, simple solutions. Have a continuous improvement mindset to evolve capabilities and website performance.
  • Willingness to try new things and challenge the status quo.
  • Effortlessly collaborative with strong intellectual curiosity and creative problem solving.
  • Self-motivated and work well independently and with different teams.
  • Strong presence with ability to interact with and influence all levels of the organization.

The base salary for this position is reflective of the range of salary levels for all roles within this pay grade across the US. Individual salaries within this range will vary based on factors such as role, relevant skillset, relevant experience, education and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan, with any such payment based upon company, line of business and/or individual performance.
