Company Overview

Bravo Communications Services LLC is leading the Identity Credential Access Management Next Gen Single Sign On (ICAM NG SSO) program for the Department of Veterans Affairs. This program aims to modernize the VA's Single Sign-On (SSO) technology to enhance security, user experience, and operational efficiency.



Position Overview

The Identity Automation and Integration Engineer will develop and maintain automation and integration solutions for the ICAM NG SSO program. This role involves writing automation scripts, ensuring system integration, and collaborating with technical teams.



Responsibilities

    Develop and maintain automation and integration solutions.
  • Write and maintain automation scripts.
  • Ensure system integration and interoperability.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to implement solutions.
  • Monitor and report on automation and integration performance.
  • Conduct regular system assessments.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for automation and integration processes.
  • Identify and mitigate automation and integration risks.
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
  • Take responsibility for implementation of policies & procedures.
  • Provide training and support to the team.


Required Experience/Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience is required
  • Proven experience in automation and integration.
  • Strong understanding of SSO technologies and automation practices including OKTA and Entra ID.
  • Excellent coding, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with automation and integration tools.
  • Knowledge of best practices for automation and integration.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in incident response and management.
  • Familiarity with automation frameworks and libraries.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies.Experience creating connectors & integration artifacts using SDKs
  • Experience creating federation/integration using multiple standards & protocols


Preferred Experience/Qualifications

  • Experience working with federal agencies.
  • Certification in automation and integration.
  • Knowledge of VA systems and processes.
  • Experience in managing automation and integration for large-scale systems.
    Familiarity with federal procurement processes.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles.
  • Experience in performance tuning and optimization.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Understanding of cloud-based automation solutions.
  • Experience in system migration and modernization.
  • Coding skills in Java, C++, Python and other 4th generation languages.
  • Proven ability in gathering requirements from diverse technical sources.
  • Ability to provide support across multiple time zones & geographical locations.


Special Requirements/Security Clearance

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
