Position Summary: The Office Manager reports to the Real Estate Manager and their primary function is to provide support to the Gypsum Management & Supply (GMS) Field Support Center (FSC) by serving as the office receptionist and assisting all departments with various tasks. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming telephone calls, emails, and mail requests
- Prepare and receive items for shipping via Fed Ex, UPS, and standard mail daily
- Deliver, process, and respond to mail and packages
- Responsible for greeting office visitors and vendors
- Responsible for completing and submitting expense reports for employees as needed
- Assist with coordinating employee events and meetings
- Assist with ordering catering/lunches as needed
- Assist with employee/customer inquiries
- Assist with HR-related tasks and projects, including onboarding new hires
- Assist with day-to-day responsibilities regarding office supplies and office maintenance
- Scan, copy, and organize documents and files
- Point of contact for office property management and vendors
- General real estate administrative assistance:
- Preparing letters to landlords for real estate related projects
- Pulling real estate reports as needed
- Assisting in preparation of presentation decks for real estate manager
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of customer service experience
- Strong Microsoft office skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of administration/management practices and equipment
- Experience with CoStar Real Estate Manager software a plus

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position in an office environment 70% of the time.
