THE JOB:

As a Customer Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating incremental visits from guests and providing excellent guest service. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Engage with guests to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Generate leads to drive new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Travel as needed to strengthen relationships with loyal guests and key partners.
  • Network with guests on property, fostering positive connections and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
  • Provide support to leadership, assisting with various tasks and initiatives to help achieve business goals.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Possesses a bachelor's degree, or alternatively, 4 years of equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in casino marketing roles.
  • Preferably, has a demonstrated track record of growth and advancement in casino marketing.
  • Able to stand out when needed.
  • Personable and approachable, with the ability to build strong relationships and connect with others easily.
  • Ability to bring a strong volume of business, with a proven history of generating and maintaining valuable relationships and partnerships.
  • Natural leader, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment.

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum - Maximum

$98,600.00 - $164,300.00

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company's incentive plan.
