Practice Supervisor

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor in our Pediatrics Department to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of multiple Pediatric Departments, ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients. This role involves supervising clinical staff, as well as front-end staff.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Associates or Bachelor s Degree in Related Field
• Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a clinical setting
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Experience with electronic health records systems

Scheduling Requirements:

• Shift Working: Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM
• Day Shift
• Full-Time, 40 Hours Per Week

Essential Functions:

• Assists Practice Administrator and /or Regional Manager/Director in the oversight of the daily operations of assigned practice site
• Serves as practice lead for staff, patient, and internal stakeholder matters and escalates to resolution as appropriate
• Ensures front office efficiency, monitoring patient flow, and providing excellent patient care service
• Assists senior management, Providers, and internal Medical Group departments to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations in the standardization of best practices and processes
• Other duties as assigned
