Major Responsibilities:

Section 1

  • Deploy CF P2P end to end solution across the CF Network
  • Develop documentation as it relates to processes, procedures, test plans, training, controls and deployment.
  • Ensures the team maintains compliance with the requirements as required to comply with Governmental guidelines, SOX guidelines, and CF quality management systems.
  • Works with Policy, Process and Controls Team to identify deficiencies in existing processes/procedures, the need for new ones, and the extent to which such processes/procedures are being followed.
  • Develops and implements corrective actions regarding department internal controls as necessary

Section 2

  • Partner with CF procurement team to enable CF suppliers in the Coupa Supplier Network
  • Identify and deliver supplier enablement across multiple levels including CMXL, CSP, ASN, etc.
  • Coordinate Change Management activities across the CF Network, including but not limited to Supplier communications
  • Stay updated on Coupa software releases, Coupa Community activity and future functionality roadmap

Section 3

  • Design and develop system monitoring tools
  • Provide standard regular reports on system status, incidents, and usage metrics. Support the development and maintenance of dashboards & reports to analyze shared services ongoing operations efficiency and utilization.
  • Analyzing information to make recommendations on process improvement opportunities for invoice processing and internal control compliance.
  • Partner with Procurement and Treasury to manage Coupa end to end process across manufacturing, procurement and shared services including but not limited to indirect labor, materials management, purchase orders, invoicing and payments
  • Partner with Procurement to monitor Service Level Agreements with Coupa
  • Engage with Coupa user Networks and Identify benchmarking opportunities

Incumbent Attributes:

  • Education: BS/BA in business, accounting preferred, project management certification a plus
  • Strong understanding of Coupa functionalities, including workflow, sourcing, contract management and invoice processing.
  • Five or more years of experience with PTP software implementations and Shared Services. Coupa and SAP experience a plus.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, projects and meet short/unexpected deadlines.
  • Detail oriented with strong problem solving/analytical skills.
  • Ability to proactively identify and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills along with the ability to work with employees at all levels.
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral).

The estimated base pay for the position is typically between $91,530 - $120,745

The actual base pay for the position may be influenced by factors such as education, training, skills, qualifications, competencies, years of experience, job-related knowledge, and scope of the role, and could be outside of the posted pay range.
