Description 100% remote role! This will be a contract role for 2-3 months. Looking for candidates with great customer service skills as our end users are considered our customer. Time management and deadline focused. These roles are open due to bandwidth issues as there is a touch to every SmartView report due to a change in how the Cloud product works. This role will assist with SV report conversion (both doing them and assisting others, troubleshooting, etc.). We have 1,761 Smart View reports to be converted in two months and this is typically where we have a lot of questions and support needs. This person will also assist with regression test Dodeca reports. Day to day responsibilities consists of converting spreadsheets from connecting from on prem to Cloud and making metadata or configuration changes required due to the move to Cloud. Technology used includes: Excel, Essbase, FCCS, and SmartView. Skills Technical writing, analytics, functional accounting Top Skills Details Technical writing,analytics,functional accounting Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Attention to detail - how the report looks, now and future Analytics Functional accounting knowledge (ability to understand how data flows through the tools to get calculated results and how that impacts reports) Metadata knowledge (ability to identify differences between tools and how metadata is impacted in reports) Smart View Adhoc and Functions Advanced Excel formula knowledge Customer service skills Time management and deadline focused PREFER: Dodeca Regular Excel experience Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $58.50 - $58.50/hr.
