Part-Time Bookkeeper - Keep the Numbers Buzzing!

Pay: $15-$18 per hour

1st Shift (Part-time) Hours: Between the hours of 8 AM - 5 PM (flexible)

Bookkeeper Responsibilities:



  • Manage Financial Records: Accurately record and categorize daily financial transactions in QuickBooks.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and reconciled accounts.
  • Bank and Credit Card Reconciliation: Ensure monthly statements are accurately reconciled.
  • Payroll Support: Assist with processing payroll and maintaining payroll records.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Data Entry and Maintenance: Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
  • Tax Preparation Support: Assist with compiling necessary documentation for tax filings.

Requirements:



  • 2+ years of bookkeeping experience.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop, Excel, and other accounting software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
