Genesis10 is seeking a UiPath Analyst for a contract with our client in Eagan, MN.


Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive UiPath Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and collaborating with both business and technical teams to ensure effective automation solutions are delivered.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Assist in the design, documentation, and optimization of RPA workflows using UiPath.
  • Perform detailed process analysis, including process mapping, gap analysis, and feasibility assessments to determine automation potential.
  • Help design and document solution architectures, process flows, and automation plans.
  • Coordinate with UiPath developers and other team members to ensure smooth implementation and integration of automation solutions.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot RPA solutions post-deployment to ensure continuous performance improvement.
  • Support the implementation of UiPath Orchestrator for scheduling, monitoring, and managing automation workflows.
  • Maintain and update RPA documentation, including user guides, training materials, and process diagrams.
  • Provide post-deployment support, including handling issues, ensuring optimal bot performance, and implementing small enhancements.
  • Participate in user training and knowledge-sharing sessions to increase awareness of RPA capabilities across the organization.
  • Assist in maintaining RPA best practices, standards, and governance frameworks.


Required Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analysis, or a related field.
  • Experience with UiPath RPA tools (UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Robots) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze complex business processes to identify opportunities for automation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with both technical and business teams.
  • Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into RPA process designs.
  • Familiarity with process modeling, process mapping tools, and automation analysis techniques.
  • Basic understanding of programming (VB.NET, C#, or Python) for analyzing and supporting automation development.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.


Preferred Skills:

  • UiPath certification (UiPath RPA Associate or UiPath Advanced RPA Developer) is a plus.
  • Experience with process discovery, process mining, or automation assessments.
  • Familiarity with other RPA tools or automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of process automation and its impact on business transformation.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.


Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $58- $65

We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
