THE JOB:

As the Senior Wine Manager, you will oversee and develop all property wine programs, manage sourcing, inventory, policies, and standard operating procedures. You will lead wine team trainings, onboarding, and development while collaborating with Food & Beverage leadership to implement programs, including signature events. This role is integral to shaping our beverage strategy, enhancing guest experiences, and driving innovation in wine programming across all venues.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Oversee Wine Programs: Manage sourcing, inventory, pricing, and compliance while optimizing costs and supplier partnerships.
• Train & Develop Teams: Lead onboarding, training, and continuous education for Front-of-House managers and wine teams.
• Enhance Guest Experience: Ensure service excellence aligned with Forbes Travel Guide and Marriott Brand Standards.
• Drive Strategy & Innovation: Collaborate with IT, sourcing, and financial teams to optimize wine-related functions and inventory management.
• Execute Signature Events: Partner with Food & Beverage leadership to curate exclusive wine events and experiences.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Court of Master Sommeliers Certified or equivalent.
• Prior experience working in a hotel, casino or restaurant.
