Working 100% onsite in Hyattsville MD Asset Management Analyst or Asset Management Technician with HAM/SAM Top Skills 1. 1 to 2 years experience with depot asset management with ServiceNow HAM/SAM tracking experience 2. Experience with ServiceNow asset tracking 3. Customer Service Experience 4. Must be fully vaccinated to work onsite Seeking resources with ServiceNow HAM/SAM experience and Warehouse/Asset Management/Depot experience Job Description * Receive IT equipment delivered to hardware depot, including logging received equipment, storing it securely, conducting periodic inventories and logging equipment distribution. * Track asset utilization and ensure assets not in use are recovered, inventoried, relocated, or disposed of in accordance with company policies and procedures. * Manage and configure Asset Scanners for all It teams who order, receive, and deploy IT hardware assets * Manage ServiceNow hardware asset data, including building reports on ServiceNow hardware assets * Ensure the on-time delivery of equipment to meet project and end user expectations. * Effectively communicate with end users, vendors, IS Project Managers and IS Management. * Maintains an on-hand inventory of IT equipment. * Obtains quotes for hardware and submits order requests for equipment and computer accessories to maintain stockroom inventory levels. * Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly asset reports. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $31.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
