Position Summary

The HR Coordinator, Mobility & Immigration will be responsible for ensuring adherence to HR legal standards, compliance and policies. This role will play a critical role in supporting our Global Mobility & Immigration team ensuring HR initiatives, activities, policies, and processes are delivered.

Our People Team

The Coordinator, Mobility & Immigration will work as an integral part of our HR Compliance, Mobility and Immigration department, assisting our People team to deliver on immigration administration, record keeping, governance, compliance and support to internal clients across every aspect of our People strategy.

Duties and Accountabilities1


  • Work with Mobility and Immigration Specialists to deliver on all immigration requirements supporting our internal stakeholders.
  • Support caseload management from intake through processing and filling.
  • Liaison with Immigration counsel providing support for all processes, filling preparation, documentation and information gathering.
  • Support I-9 compliance including onboarding, re-verification, updates and tracking.
  • Track and monitor expiration dates, deadlines and deliverables.
  • Prepare reports and conduct periodic audit on internal data to deliver on compliance.
  • Liaison with internal stakeholders to gather information and requirements for US immigration processes such PERM, permanent residency/green card and visa applications.
  • Assist in global travel requests, including drafting visa letters and providing application support as needed leveraging our approved immigration vendors.
  • Monitor current policies and processes to ensure compliance with regulations and laws.
  • Assist in creating documentation, process maps, templates and information materials for internal stakeholders.
  • Responsible for billing and invoice processing.
  • Assist team in all aspects of HR regulatory, mobility and immigration compliance

Qualifications


  • 2-3 years of experience as Immigration Coordinator, Paralegal or Specialist.
  • Experience with PERM applications is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong research and writing experience is required.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills and an attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong ability to manage cross-cultural diversity in the workplace.
  • Strong professional presence.
  • Client service focus.

Location and Reporting


  • This is a role based in our Tampa or New York Office
  • This role reports to the Associate Director, HR Compliance, Mobility & Immigration
