The RCM Performance Manager - Remote (West Coast) will work directly with the Revenue Cycle Operations teams to ensure successful delivery of quality Revenue Cycle performance from all RCM departments while maintaining positive communication and operational channels with field leadership. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills, a quality control mindset, and a project management/critical path-oriented approach to all projects. This role is a critical field leadership-facing position, with the opportunity to foster ongoing relationships and identify opportunities for RCM improvement. Perhaps the most important skill in this role is excellent communication skills and an ability to manage up. This role is critical to the organization and will be involved and visible at all levels, internally in the corporate office and externally to the field. Your Impact Responsibilities for the Manager of Revenue Cycle Performance:
Effectively engage with field leadership to identify pain points in performance and following thru with execution remediation plans with Revenue Cycle Operations teams

#LI-Remote Pay range of $75,000 to $110,000 + annual bonus: up to 10% of base pay depending on bonus criteria. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables. Our Investment in You
