Responsibilities The Clinical Supervisor oversees the supervision and development of clinical team members of Newport Healthcare's adolescent and young adult residential programs. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supervising clinical team members (bachelor's and master's level) and providing the necessary support for ongoing development, training, and supervision. The Clinical Supervisor is also responsible for the ongoing development and management of the practicum/internship opportunities offered to students. This will include interviewing, hiring, and training of clinical staff. Responsibilities include weekly individual and group supervision, assessing skills and creating individualized development plans, and observing and providing feedback on clinical assessments, sessions, and groups. Additional responsibilities include clinical compliance and auditing, facilitating therapy groups and carrying a caseload of clients and/or families. The Clinical Supervisor will be expected to be trained in both individual and family therapy. What You'll Do:
Qualifications Education and Experience Requirements: * Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field required. Doctorate
degree preferred. * Licensed in Marriage Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work is required in the state in which you are applying. *Experience in providing family therapy for adolescents and parents. *Willingness to be trained, supervised, and provide services within the framework of Attachment-Based Family Therapy. * Training or experience in trauma-informed treatment preferred. * One year's supervisory experience required. Compensation for this role ranges from $70,000- $97,000 per hour depending on education and experience. We are committed to providing competitive and equitable compensation. An individual's pay rate within the posted range is determined by several factors, including skills, experience, education, and market conditions.
