SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES

It is the responsibility of the Regional President to take ownership of all tasks and challenges that they encounter in the operation of their assigned position.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Responsible for the overall management of banking related activities within a region, including profitability, sales and service, all lending activities, credit quality, community leadership, human resource management, and meeting financial and compliance standards.
  • Establishes goals and strategies, and assesses performance against set goals to ensure soundness, profitability, and growth of the region.
  • Establishes service policies for all lines of business in his/her region to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assesses the performance and take appropriate action to ensure that all goals and standards are met. The duties and responsibilities listed above may be revised at any time within the sole discretion of the bank without advance notice to or the consent of the employee

Qualifications, Education, and Certification Requirements

  • Education: BA Degree
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in Retail Banking and Commercial Lending, strong project management skills
  • Certifications/Specific Knowledge: Good interpersonal skills, attention to detail, good computer skills

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/CLASSES

Required annual compliance training, New Employee Orientation

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, and reports. This position requires a large amount of time in front of a computer. This can be done sitting or standing with use of the right desk

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position is in a private office.

Telecommuting roles no matter if hybrid or 100% full time telecommuting must have a secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions. They must also have a reliable private internet connection that is not supplied by use of cellular data (hot spot). Cable or fiber connections are preferred. Requirements are subject to change, as new systems and technology is delivered.

TRAVEL

Travel may be required to come to meetings as needed.
