Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision work? Our trusted client is seeking a skilled Crimping Technician to join their team! This hands-on role is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in ensuring high-quality, production tasks.

Schedule: 12:00am - 8:30am

Pay: $24.15/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Set up, operate, and perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment with minimal supervision.
  • Monitor and maintain raw material feeds, clear faults, and troubleshoot stoppages on automated machinery.
  • Use Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs) to adjust processes and correct deviations in production.
  • Ensure proper material preparation and timely job execution for on-time delivery, troubleshooting mechanical issues as needed.
  • Utilize computer systems for material inventory management and quality control processes.
  • Follow safety protocols, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and standard operating procedures, including packaging and shipment preparation.
  • Work independently or in small teams to resolve production issues, maintain a clean work environment, and support process improvements.


Requirements: H.S. or Associate degree 2-4 years of experience.

Preferred Skills and Competencies:



  • Proficiency with manufacturing instruments such as micrometers, calipers, feeler gauges, dial indicators, and optical gauging tools.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in automated machines, discrete assembly, robotics, and troubleshooting production processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment with a self-motivated and team-oriented mindset.
  • Solid understanding of production processes, quality control techniques, and raw material handling.
  • Basic mathematical skills, including arithmetic, algebra, and geometry, for accurate measurements and calculations.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, including root cause analysis and process optimization in a manufacturing setting.
