Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work remotely for our client in Canton, MA. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Daily review of Coupa for active and new POs - POs would need to be routed to the correct individual(s) for proper contract/service bookings.
  • Manage ECS Teams Work Order sales requests.
  • Send to GOC opportunity requests under the salesperson's name, adding the ECS sales team as team members.
  • Link opportunity to Parent opportunity for uplifts/change in SOW.
  • Continuous follow-up with a salesperson to ensure the prompt creation of quotes.
  • Maintaining client's Share Drive.
  • Keeping track of all active contracts (most current pricing, cost breakdown, SOW).
  • Keeping track of all deducts and capturing this information in Share Drive - but ensuring they are tracked to add to the following year if applicable.
  • Keeping track of all non-contractual service requests throughout the year and ensuring that they are appropriately tracked and added to recurring services for either that contractual year or the next contractual year.
  • Supplying data points for Sales and Management to work with Operations to increase in-branch capabilities
  • Changes with Subcontractors per branch
  • Monthly report on cost savings - to report back to client by Sales
  • Example: monitoring, SOW reductions
  • They will not be communicating directly with the customer.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $21 - $24/ hr

Hours: 40 hrs / Week (1st shift)

Length: Temporary (9 months)

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills:

  • Sales experience
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good time management
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Must have a strong work ethic and the ability to navigate Excel at a high level.
  • Writing formulas or macros but can compare/pull data from one spreadsheet to another.
  • Excellent time management skills and self-driven.
  • Good Excel skills.
