Farm Credit of Southern Colorado (FCSC) is seeking a Marketing Technology Manager that will be responsible for driving the adoption, optimization, and effectiveness of marketing technology platforms and tools. This position is full time, working approximately 40 hours a week, and is benefits eligible. Occasional travel (25%) may be required to sufficiently support other locations within territory. Position Summary: The Marketing Technology Manager is a key member of the marketing team responsible for driving the adoption, optimization, and effectiveness of marketing technology platforms and tools. This role will drive collaboration between marketing, IT, business development and marketing vendors to ensure that marketing initiatives are powered by efficient and innovative technology solutions. The Marketing Technology Manager will focus on enhancing the customer journey, supporting marketing operations, and improving marketing outcomes through data-driven insights and technology enablement. Salary Range: $95,000 - $115,000 This range is a good-faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of this posting. Actual salaries could vary and may be above or below the range as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2. Variation is based on various factors including but not limited to location, qualifications, experience, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, a potential new employee's salary history will not be used in compensation decisions.
