Farm Credit of Southern Colorado (FCSC) is seeking a Marketing Technology Manager that will be responsible for driving the adoption, optimization, and effectiveness of marketing technology platforms and tools.

This position is full time, working approximately 40 hours a week, and is benefits eligible. Occasional travel (25%) may be required to sufficiently support other locations within territory.

Position Summary:

The Marketing Technology Manager is a key member of the marketing team responsible for driving the adoption, optimization, and effectiveness of marketing technology platforms and tools. This role will drive collaboration between marketing, IT, business development and marketing vendors to ensure that marketing initiatives are powered by efficient and innovative technology solutions. The Marketing Technology Manager will focus on enhancing the customer journey, supporting marketing operations, and improving marketing outcomes through data-driven insights and technology enablement.

Responsibilities:

Building and Maintaining Marketing Technology Stack



  • Serve as the subject matter expert for all marketing technology platforms, including Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud/marketing automation, WordPress website, Monday.com project management, lead generation, and lead management tools.
  • Oversee the implementation, integration, and maintenance of marketing technology solutions, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
  • Develop and manage documentation, workflows, and guidelines for marketing technology platforms.
  • Coordinate with external partners, such as Technology Aloha, for the successful launch and ongoing support of marketing technologies.
  • Maintain project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for technology initiatives.


Collaboration & Relationship Management



  • Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate new technologies and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive user adoption of marketing technologies through training, resources, and best practice sharing with Loan Officers and internal teams.
  • Lead cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders, including marketing, operations, IT, and external vendors.


Leverage Marketing Data



  • Create dashboards and reports to measure the performance of campaigns and marketing initiatives.
  • Leverage data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the marketing funnel.


Minimum Qualifying Characteristics:



  • 5+ years of experience in marketing technology, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology platforms, including websites, CRM, marketing automation, and lead management systems
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience using WordPress preferred
  • Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and delivering on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • A collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Driver's license

Salary Range: $95,000 - $115,000

This range is a good-faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of this posting. Actual salaries could vary and may be above or below the range as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2. Variation is based on various factors including but not limited to location, qualifications, experience, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, a potential new employee's salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. In addition, benefits for this position include medical, dental, vision and life insurance, 401k, tax advantage accounts, paid vacation, sick leave and parental leave.
