The Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for an associate to join our Labor & Employment team (Traditional Labor subgroup) in Chicago. We enjoy an outstanding reputation as a leading employment law firm, with strong credentials and experience counseling and representing management clients of all sizes on a wide range of employment matters-from Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) counseling and wage and hour litigation to employee benefits, executive compensation and international employment law issues. About You:
- You have 3-6 years of traditional labor experience, including in the areas of labor arbitrations, practice before the NLRB and state labor agencies, collective bargaining agreement negotiations and support, and related litigation in federal and state courts;
- You have strong research and brief writing skills;
- You have strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently; and
- You have a J.D. degree and strong academic credentials, and you are admitted in (and in good standing with) or taking steps to become admitted in Illinois.

Compensation:
- $240,000 - $300,000 annual base salary
