This position is responsible for three primary activities: 1) Manage the fraud block and research/analyze fraud trends; 2) Research, analyze and resolve customer deductions/disputes; and 3) Perform credit reviews and manage the credit order block. This position works closely with Customer Service, Sales Operations, Channel, Cash Applications, and Collections. |
