Position Title: CNC Machinist
Wage: $23-$28/hour Shift: 2nd Hours: 3pm-11:30pm QPS Employment Group is hiring a CNC Machinist for a company in Richfield, WI. Join a plastics and metals contract manufacturer that specializes in thermosets and thermoplastics, delivering world class service using their family values. This is an associate to hire role. CNC Machinist Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Operate CNC machines according to work order and blueprint specifications, using necessary fixtures and tooling - Read the work order data and operate the CNC machine accordingly - Inspect parts per print specifications and inspect intervals determined by the Quality Department - Ensure accurate part counts during machining - Follow standard work processes and carry out responsibilities in a safe manner - May involve exposure to but is not limited to acrylic, polycarbonate, FR-4 epoxy glass, GPO (I, II, III) polyester glass, HDPE (high-density polyethylene), glass epoxy, G9 glass melamine laminate, copper, brass, and aluminum CNC Machinist Requirements: - CNC equipment operation with 1-2 years of machining experience preferred - Ability to read and interpret product drawings - CNC programming knowledge helpful - Ability to occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds - Lift up to 70lbs - Highly motivated - Quality minded - Basic math ability - Basic measuring ability - Good attendance - Ability to work standing and/or sitting Benefits: - Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, Paid Holidays, Vacation, and 401(k) with Employer match up to 4% - Join a family owned and team-orientated company that wants their employees to be successful and to grow from within QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
