Office Manager

The Raymond Group
$60,000 - $75,000/annually
United States, California, Martinez
Mar 31, 2025

The Raymond Group has been building the future for more than 88 years.  We started as one of Southern California’s original lath and plaster companies and have become one of the wall and ceiling industry's leading full service, design-assist, specialty finish and theming contractors.  We helped build some of the first planned residential communities in the country.  We were part of the teams that built some of the most iconic buildings from Hawaii to Connecticut and as far away as Hong Kong.  And we continue to be part of the teams that are working on premier projects, building on that legacy of excellence.

We are as passionate today as we were on our first day about building unique and exciting projects and, most importantly, our people.  We have built a collaborative work environment where employees are treated like family, people thrive, and work life balance is achieved.   Respect, integrity, trust and teamwork are more than just words on a page for us; they are incorporated in our values and highlight who we are at our core.

Why settle for ordinary … when you can work for an extraordinary company.

We are looking for individuals who want to be part of an award-winning organization that is committed to building communities, not just buildings.  As a Top Workplace, we have a team of the top professionals in our industry and are looking to add additional exceptional talent to our work community in Northern California. If this is a workplace for you, come build your future with us.
