The HR Manager is responsible for daily operations of HR department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of Paragon's mission and talent strategy. This position will also perform Paragon's Facility Security Officer (FSO) duties. Functional Responsibilities:

Compensation: The salary at Paragon is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000 (USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Paragon's total compensation package for employees.
