UVA Health Urology PA or NP UVA Health is looking for full-time Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will provide care to patients at two of our Northern Virginia locations: Prince William Medical Center and Haymarket Medical Center. Our team consists of three MDs and two APPs. This is an outpatient role with no on-call requirements. The clinic is equipped with on-site equipment and support services. Responsibilities: Provide urologic care for patients aged 18 and older, with 36 hours of face-to-face patient interaction each week Perform annual exams Conduct consultations for urinary tract infections (UTIs) Manage catheter insertion and removal Average daily patient load: 11-20 Handle post-operative care and follow-up visits The University of Virginia, including the UVA Health System which represents the UVA Medical Center, Schools of Medicine and Nursing, UVA Physician's Group and the Claude Moore Health Sciences Library, are fundamentally committed to the diversity of our faculty and staff.
