THE JOB:
As a Bar Porter, you will contribute to a fabulous experience for all guests across our bars. You will be responsible for stocking all glassware, condiments, beer, paper products, and other necessary items needed for efficient operation within beverage outlets. Your dedication will transform the bar areas, crafting an unforgettable experience that keeps guests returning time and time again.

THE STARTING RATE:

• $23.8793 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Stock and serve beverage outlets, ensuring inventory levels of glassware, condiments, and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of beverage areas, including bar equipment, refrigerators, and floors.
• Handle paperwork for bar transfers and stock deliveries.
• Manage liquor, beer, and supply inventory, replenishing as needed.
• Set up and break down portable bars in designated locations.
• Use proper delivery routes and freight elevators for hotel and outlet stocking.
• Organize and maintain pump rooms, storage areas, and warehouses, reporting non-stock items.
• Address guest concerns within authority or escalate to management as needed.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous experience as a Bar Porter, Food Service, Steward, EVS or similar role is a bonus.
