JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an Organizational Change Management Practitioner (individual contributor) to drive successful implementation of IT initiatives by focusing on the people side of change for our Cyber Security Program. This professional will be responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance during organizational transitions. The role involves applying change management methodologies, communication planning, organizational readiness assessments, and stakeholder analyses to ensure projects meet objectives on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will support change management activities on small to medium-sized projects while occasionally assisting with larger, more complex initiatives. They will develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including sponsor plans, people manager plans, communication plans, and training plans. This position requires close collaboration with project managers and teams to integrate change management activities into project plans and provide coaching to frontline managers during transitions. This position does not provide H1B visa sponsorship. Additionally, the incumbent must reside in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex or be willing to relocate.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Required



  • Education
    Bachelor's Degree


  • Experience
    5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Application Support Analyst, or similar role in Information Technology
    Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.


  • Licenses and Certifications
    PROSCI Change Management Practitioner certification required; or willingness to achieve certification within 180 Days


Preferred



  • Experience
    3 years of experience with small to medium-scale organizational change efforts , utilizing change management principles, methodologies, and tools
    Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM)


  • Licenses and Certifications
    ITIL training or certification (preferably ITIL 4) Upon Hire


JOB DUTIES



  • Responsible for the IT organization's process improvement and change management activities by applying process improvement, change management methodologies, communication planning, organizational readiness assessment and stakeholder analyses.
  • Support change management activities on small to medium sized projects. Periodically assisting on large, more complex projects.
  • Manage own change projects within the change portfolio by planning and executing process improvement and change management projects.
  • Leverage a change management methodology, process, and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
  • Monitors the implementation of change management to ensure the disruption of normal business operations is minimized.
  • Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses. Leverage change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis to create actionable deliverables for the core change management plans: Sponsor Plan, People Manager Plan, Communications Plan, and Training Plan.
  • Support training efforts. Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Support communication efforts. Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications.
  • Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics. Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance.
  • Support project managers and project teams in integrating change management activities into the project plans.
  • Provides direct support and coaching to frontline managers and supervisors as they help direct reports through change transitions.
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness.
  • Manage stakeholders' engagement and expectations.
  • Track and report issues in a timely manner.
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
