Key Responsibilities: * Investigate & Resolve Compliance Issues: Interpret and apply company agreements to document and resolve compliance matters. * Financial Data Analysis: Examine detailed financial data to evaluate account status and determine appropriate actions. * Skip-Tracing & Research: Utilize skip-tracing methods and online research tools to locate merchants with overdue accounts. * Merchant Collaboration: Work closely with merchants to address payment concerns, review contractual terms, and negotiate solutions. * Effective Communication: Engage with merchants via mail, email, text, and phone to pursue payments or resolve contract violations. * Payment Plan Development: Develop and authorize payment plans based on financial evaluations, ensuring compliance with departmental policies. * Secure Payment Facilitation: Facilitate secure payment methods, including wire transfers, certified funds, and credit card transactions. * Record Maintenance: Maintain thorough and accurate records of merchant communications and associated documentation. * Digital File Management: Organize and manage internal and external files related to merchant accounts digitally. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
