*Description*
Provides consumer credit counseling and administers debt management services for Navy Federal Members. Recovers loan payments that might otherwise have been lost due to members financial difficulties. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* BS or Associated degree with Retail or Sales Experience preferred HS Diploma with collections or call center experience Financial /banking experience preferred Preferred Collection Call center orientated fast pace with aggressive goals Computer literate Multiple systems Competent and well spoken people Empathy towards members situations Service/Retail industry Think outside of the box but talk through it with them Evaluate on what the member needs would be A lot of critical thinking (Sales) Working knowledge of Consumer/Credit Card collections systems, policies, procedures, practices and/or actions * Effective skill applying innovative approaches to solve technical design issues * Effective skill in systems analysis, workflow, or procedural analysis * Effective word processing and spreadsheet software skills *Experience Level* Entry Level (#eastpriority25) *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
