Genesis10 is currently seeking a Marketing Consultant with our client in the financial Industry located in San Francisco, CA. This is a 6+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Consult as an expert to develop and influence initiatives for complex business and technical needs across Business Execution Lead strategy and resolution efforts for highly complex and unique challenges that require in-depth evaluation across multiple areas Deliver long-term, large-scale solutions that require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical thinking Provide expertise to senior leadership on innovative Business Execution solutions Strategically engage with client personnel to ensure successful adoption of brand strategy initiatives Analyze marketing trends, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to guide implementation strategies Build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders to drive effective cross-functional collaboration Communicate strategic recommendations persuasively to senior executive teams Track and analyze the performance of brand initiatives to measure their impact on business growth and brand perception Utilize change management principles to facilitate smooth adoption and implementation of the brand strategy Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or a related field, demonstrated through work experience, consulting, military experience, or education Proven expertise in marketing trend analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer insight Strong relationship-building and influencing skills to drive strategic adoption across multiple teams. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage and persuade senior leadership Demonstrated experience in tracking and analyzing brand initiative performance Change management experience is a plus Pay Range: $84-94 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
