Genesis10 is currently seeking a Data Intelligence Engineer with our client in the financial Industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 18+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable data pipelines and ETL processes across structured and unstructured data sources Integrate data from various Enterprise SORs and workflow tools to create process-level visibility Build and maintain data models, warehouses, and lakes for analysis and reporting Collaborate with analysts and business teams to develop dashboards and real-time metrics Use SQL, Python, Vertica SQL to ensure data quality and lineage Gen AI & Advanced Analytics (50%) Customize GenAI applications (using approved LLMs) for process mining, task mining summarization, anomaly detection Integrate organization-approved foundation models (like Llama, Google Gemini etc.) into Agentic task-based workflows Partner with Process Excellence and Ops teams to ideate Required Qualifications 5+ years in Data Engineering, Analytics, or AI-focused roles Experience with process mining tools (Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, etc.) Proven experience with cloud-based data pipelines, preferably GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow) or equivalent Solid understanding of SQL, Python, and data transformation tools Exposure to or hands-on work with Generative AI, LLMs (like Llama, Google Gemini, OpenAI etc.) , or vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS) Experience working on cross-functional process improvement initiatives using data Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into decisions Pay Range: $60-70 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
