Mental Health Professional Category: Healthcare Employment Type: Contract To Hire Reference: BH-383900 Mental Health Professional needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Wilmington, DE. The Mental Health Professional plays a vital role in delivering comprehensive services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm Duration: 4 months with possible extension or direct placement Pay: $28-34/HR DOE plus mileage reimbursement What You'll Be Doing: Assess, plan, and develop individualized treatment plans for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. Coordinate and provide therapy, medication management, and resource linkage services. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurses, substance abuse professionals, employment specialists, housing specialists, and peer specialists. Conduct at least three home visits per week to deliver services in the individual's home or community setting. Utilize personal vehicles for client transportation and community-based work. What You Need to Bring to the Table: Master's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related human service field 2 years of clinical experience working with adults with severe and persistent mental illness Valid PA Driver's License.
