JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Compile and prepare PPAP submission documentation such as:
* Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEAs, Control Plans, Capability Studies, and MSA studies.
* Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers to ensure APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) compliance.
* Review engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements to ensure manufacturability and compliance.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* 3+ years of experience in PPAP engineering support in the aerospace, automotive, or industrial manufacturing sector.
* Strong understanding of PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA methodologies.
* Experience with GD&T, blueprint reading, and technical documentation.
* Familiarity with AS9100, AS13100, ISO 9001, and aerospace quality standards.
* Proficiency in quality tools and software (e.g., Minitab, Excel, and Flow charting).
* Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
* Desirable to have experience working with aerospace OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.

* Microsoft Office Products Proficiency
