Key Responsibilities: * Verify and Process Daily Invoices: Ensure all invoices are accurate and processed promptly. * Review Job Tickets: Check descriptions of work completed, extra parts used, and required paperwork. * Timely Billing Transactions: Process billing transactions efficiently to meet production goals. * Cost and Bill Job Labor: Ensure all job labor is accurately costed and billed on each job ticket. * Audit Job Costs: Verify that job costs align with billed amounts. * Meet Production Goals: Achieve monthly processing targets and contribute to month-end closing. * Additional Duties: Take on other responsibilities as assigned to support the team. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
