Integrated Behavioral Health of Louisiana is seeking a licensed clinician (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) to join our local outpatient center in Baton Rouge, LA. At Integrated Behavioral Health, we specialize in caring for children, adolescents, and adults coping with a wide array of psychological conditions by providing coordination of care with a multidisciplinary, integrated approach with expertise in psychotherapy, psychopharmacology, and the most up-to-date alternative treatments.

As a Licensed Clinical Therapist, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population. You will provide therapy to individuals, families, and couples utilizing evidence based behavioral and mental health treatments.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Screen and assess patients for common mental health including anxiety and phobias, depression, ADHD, PTSD and insomnia
  • Provide treatment for a variety of mental health conditions using treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (Athena) and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications:



  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
  • Have a clear, active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in Louisiana
  • Enrolled or eligible to be enrolled as a provider in the Medicare program



Preferred Qualifications:



  • 2+ years professional social work / clinical experience post Master's degree
  • Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, adults, and families
  • Experience working with computers for professional communication and medical documentation - Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs)
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with equal effectiveness



The salary range for this role is $59,500 to $116,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
