We have an immediate opening for 16-17 year old current high school students to get hands on experience working with mentors in one of our sites and/or facilities around Tangent, OR!

Students will be given the opportunity to work as a field crew team member and/or assist our shop, construction or QC teams. Job duties will be based on available projects, learner's preference and demonstrated ability.

High school students in the Tangent area are encouraged to apply for this summer program.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in high school

- Possess and maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Interest in serving the materials/construction industry

- Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen

- Display a professional and courteous attitude towards all team members
