Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Program Director with a background in Education Technology to develop and manage programs focused on engaging teachers, students and parents globally.

Description:

* Program manage the development and launch of a net-new Student Ambassador program for higher education, starting North America but eventually scaling globally

* Develop and manage other programs such as Student Contests, Teacher & Student AI certifications, and a global program for Parent AI Literacy

* Develop and implement program strategies and standards

* Monitor program progress and identify potential issues

* Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends

* Work with internal team and third-party partners to develop and execute programs

* Engage and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to understand their needs and develop relevant programming

* Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to track progress and measure impact

* Communicate internally and externally about program status, launch, and impact

* Use data to inform decision-making and create program improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • 10+ years experience in Program Management
  • High-level program management and leadership skills
  • Ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Risk management
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Cost control and budgeting skills
  • Teamwork and motivational skills
  • Organizational and multitasking skills
  • College degree required (Masters preferred)


Compensation

Estimated Pay Range: $160,600- 200,000.00 USD
