Description
This position will Assist management by Provide leadership and technical support to assigned composite personnel, helping ensure all composite repairs are being performed safely and within budget while verifying applicable references and regulations are utilized to meet quality, safety and operational efficiency based on the priority of departure dates. This position will also support management by conducting daily in-process audits and shop audits. Also, the role will involve evaluating fixed price and time-and-material non-routines and assisting with the bumps, i.e., adjustment of time and material non-routines when needed. It will also provide additional oversight for multiple composite technicians performing multiple repairs across various customer aircraft, ensuring tasks are completed in priority order within approved hours, while maintaining compliance with quality standards, safety, material, and equipment requirements. To ensure the overall longevity of components being repaired for multiple customers across multiple aircraft during heavy maintenance checks and AOG situations.
