Position Title: Assembler Wage: $18.00/Hour Shifts: 2nd Shift Hours: 2:50 PM - 11:00 PM Monday - Friday with Mandatory Saturday's as Needed QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Assembler position at a company in Janesville WI. Assembler Responsibilities: - Ensure production in compliance with procedures - Produce in accordance with procedures and standards (production, quality, flows, health & safety, etc.) - Record production on the relevant sheets - Package and identify parts produced and affix labels - Validate conformity between the product and product labels - Control the quality of his/her production - Raise quality alarms (process anomalies, product anomalies) - Raise quality alarms (process anomalies, product anomalies) - Ensure the smooth running of the work process Requirements For Assembler: - Must be able to regularly use hands and fingers and handle or feel parts - Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. on an occasional basis, and up to 5 lbs. on a repetitive basis - Must have specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus - Must be able to stand for the full shift - Must be able to bend, twist and reach on a frequent basis - Attention to detail - Excellent attendance - Versatility and multiskills - Previous inspection experience preferred, but not required QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
