The Trade Desk is transforming the way global brands, and their agencies, advertise to audiences around the world. Why? Because at its best, the internet is an open marketplace of ideas, content, and commerce fueled by relevant advertising. That's why we created an independent media buying platform designed for the open internet. One that helps marketers reach more customers in more places, with more transparency and choice at every stage.

We believe in the amazing power of human potential and that unlocking that potential requires deep understanding of the psychological and emotional factors that influence human performance. We also believe our espoused culture and values should accurately reflect our organization's behavior. We believe these needs become more acute as organizations grow in size, complexity, pressure and constraints. So, if you're a talented, driven, creative, and hungry leader who wants to bring something entirely new and wildly ambitious into the world (and have some fun doing it), then we want to talk.
