Job overview:

Schneider is seeking a Paid Media Specialist in Green Bay to develop, deploy and test paid advertising efforts across multiple digital platforms (i.e. paid search, banner and social advertising) that align with business objectives and campaign goals. This role needs a foundational knowledge of performance marketing, audience targeting and campaign optimization.

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in discovery sessions and assist in defining business requirements. Use data to interpret user goals and priorities to substantiate campaign direction.
  • Align individual paid marketing efforts with all media channel activities.
  • Determine the approach to and effectiveness of paid media campaigns to achieve business goals.
  • Create landing page and tagging events to test and optimize campaigns to support best-in-class user interfaces and experience.
  • Customize digital marketing messages adhering to Enterprise brand standards, platform best practices and business unit strategies.
  • Support automated, multi-touch, targeted journey and digital marketing programs.
  • Run tests and experiments to increase conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with agency/ies.
  • Provide measurable results and ROI. Recommend enhancements to advertising programs based on analysis.
  • Verify marketing messaging, vehicles and communication strategies as a result of ROI analysis, competitive intelligence, research or business need.
  • Effectively adhere to budgets and invoice processes.
  • Assist with data integration with internal and third-party databases to support campaign goals.
  • Monitor trends in paid digital advertising tools and applications and appropriately apply that knowledge to effectively increase ROI while experimenting with new and alternative ways to leverage paid activities.
  • Ability to analyze various courses of action and make recommendations.

Skills and qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing
  • 2+ years of paid advertising experience supporting multiple ad platforms with an emphasis on measurable results.
  • Demonstrated track record of creating and managing campaigns that deliver consistent growth and ROI.
  • Working knowledge of reporting tools such as PowerBI, Google DataStudio, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Heatmapping tools.
  • Proficient in Ad Managers and DSP technology.
  • Familiarity with tracking pixels, UTM tagging and conversion tracking setups.
  • Good organizational skills and a focus on accuracy.
  • Effective communication and a willingness to work with others.
  • Basic understanding of data analysis to support decisions.
