Job Summary This General Manager position will oversee and ensure the successful daily operations for a premier conference center. You must have outstanding communication and hospitality skills, have the ability to manage multiple tasks and services at any given time, and be a great people leader. Key Responsibilities: Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account Manages overall day to day operations of the account Conducts HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, terminations Oversees scheduling, payroll and team training Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests and Client as well as other departments Works with the Executive Chef and management team to create outstanding and memorable experiences for our clients Preferred Qualifications: A minimum of five years of complex foodservice management experience Strong financial acumen High hospitality IQ Desire to learn and grow with an industry leading foodservice company Associates at Restaurant Associates are offered many fantastic benefits.
