Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Description Handle member customer service needs while meeting key performance metrics, including call handle time, call quality, and after call work. Accurately and efficiently process a variety of transactions, including payments, transfers, opening of additional new accounts, and assisting with online and mobile banking. Initially, the candidate will focus on payments but will take on other transactions as they progress. Maintain a professional manner to build member confidence and trust. Adhere to all procedures stated in the company's MSR policy and procedures. Ensure compliance with operational, security, and control policies/procedures to prevent fraud and protect member information. Essential Skills * Minimum 1 year of call center experience (this role will be taking approximately 40 calls per day). * Customer service experience, with banking, credit union, or call center experience preferred. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Spanish proficiency is highly preferred for this position. * Salesforce experience is not necessary but nice to have. Work Environment The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This position is fully onsite, working with a team of 10 call center representatives. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Herndon, Virginia. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
