• Set up, adjust and operate equipment related to the cutting and sewing of fabric for seating products.

• Experience with single and double needling sewing.
• Ability to trace material to correct pattern.
• Ability to work with all kinds of materials (leather, vinyl and fabric).
• Ability to read Bartrac tickets to ensure correct material is being used.
• Ability to consistently meet high quality/quantity performance standards.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, stoop, and bend for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work up to 10-hour days as the schedule dictates
