Responsibilities

Primary role is to create a large plan retirement solution for BPAS, including the service model, menu of services, relationship management team and related functions to help BPAS compete in the 500 - 50,000 participant range of the DC marketplace. This will include devising a strategy for covering our current large plans (e.g., those producing $75,000 or more of annual revenue) and assisting in the sale of new large plans with BPAS sales team. It will also involve working with our MARCOM and education teams to optimize the approach used for large plans, including the pricing and services therein. After this team is established and succeeding, role will likely evolve to other needs of BPAS
- Will also help in strategic initiatives across BPAS business, working across teams and functional areas


Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15+ years of experience in financial services or retirement plan industry, specifically defined contribution retirement plans - administration, sales and or marketing.
  • Strong understanding of retirement plans their advantages for businesses and employees.
  • Understanding of ERISA, DOL, and IRS regulations governing retirement plans.
