  • Worked in a Corporate environment providing in person desktop support skills - not limited to repair break fix and technical software support.
  • Experience remoting into an end user's desktop or laptop.
  • Active Directory knowledge able to add and delate end-user profiles.
  • Imaging of desktop and adding required software packages to new hardware.
  • Experience with helpdesk ticketing system, creation of ticket, deletion, documentation.
  • Supported OME products ( Dell and HP).
  • Familiar with Metric's and SLA.
  • Own transportation and ability to pass required background and drug screening.
  • Recruiter must know when they can start if offered position.
  • Recruiter must collect availability to conduct a phone interview.



FT Hours - 40 hours a week M-F 8 AM - 5PM, must be willing to work remote.
Required skills: 2-4 years of In person Desktop support skills (Troubleshooting and repair of Software/hardware in a large to enterprise size environment is preferred, end-user environment (PCs, desktops, Laptops, Tables, and Printers), Experience with Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes , A+ CompTIA Certificate or College degree is a major + not required if they have over 4+ years of experience if less than required , 2 years+ experience working in an enterprise company of 200+ end users, Ticketing System experience ie ServiceNow.

Description Job Summary The desktop Tech - is an intermediate position that performs tasks related to the repair of a variety of technology-based products typically associated in an end-user computing environment. Responsibilities Performs basic and moderately complex troubleshooting and repair activities on Laptops, Desktops and Printers, they will need experience and knowledge working with Active Directory and office 365 products , typically associated in an end-user environment, including but not limited to PCs, desktops, laptops, tablets and printers. Provide support to client onsite and remotely. Responds to change management requests including installing new PC equipment, providing end-user desk side support and other related activities. Perform Install/Move/Add or Change (IMAC) activities. Perform all assigned desk-side support activities Display outstanding technical and professional services skills at all times Meet - established customer service satisfaction levels and other operational/customer service metrics as outlined in established guidelines Proactively communicate with the end-user and service desk personnel regarding arrival times, repair time estimates and status of the repair Understands and follows all documented service operations policies and procedures. Other duties or certifications may be assigned to meet business needs Requirements Education and Experience: Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent of 2-4 years of relevant experience Certifications and/or Qualifications: Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management Knowledge of relevant software and hardware systems Understanding of ITIL methodologies A+ certification is desired May require additional customer-specific certifications or training as required Skills: Excellence in communication and customer-facing skills Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills Ability to follow instructions and processes with minimal instruction Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs. Must own a basic repair kit Additional requirements may exist if offer of employment is extended.

Estimated Min Rate: $14.70
Estimated Max Rate: $21.00
