Electric Pallet Jack Operator

Staffmark is hiring an experienced Electric Pallet Jack Operator for a leading home improvement retailer in West Columbia, SC. This temp-to-hire role involves operating Material Handling Equipment, specifically a Triple Electric Pallet Jack, to efficiently move and sort products in a warehouse environment. Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Shift Options:

• Day Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday, 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Operate electric pallet jacks to transport and organize products.
• Load and unload trucks using MHE as needed.
• Safely sort and move products, lifting up to 70 lbs. as required.
• Use scanners to update and track inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience operating stand-up forklifts and electric pallet jacks (EPJ).
• Familiarity with warehouse and material handling operations.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic reading, writing, and communication skills.
