Job Title: HVAC Service Quality Coordinator Location(s): Milwaukee, WI Job Description: What You Will Do: As a HVAC Service Quality Coordinator, you will support the HVAC PSA Service Quality Team by reviewing and managing expired Labor and Material (L&M) quotes in NxGen, a system used to manage various aspects of their operations, including customer data and service delivery. You will monitor service delivery using NxGen to ensure it meets established standards, identify areas for improvement, and implement quality control measures. Requirements: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams. Strong skills in developing, executing, and improving both new and established processes. Ability to prioritize multiple requests effectively. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Word, and Teams. Strong analytical aptitude.
