Summary: We are seeking an innovative and forward-thinking Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead and elevate our global human capital strategy in alignment with firmwide goals. This executive will be a key member of the leadership team, driving workforce transformation, international growth, and culture evolution across our multi-state and cross-border operations. The CHRO will oversee all aspects of HR, including global talent acquisition, international M&A integration and payroll, executive compensation, succession planning, workforce analytics, organizational design, and change management.
