Director - Radiology Support Services - Jersey City, NJ

Job Overview:

Jersey City Medical Center is looking for a qualified candidate to oversee the Radiology Support Services division in a Director role.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Must be well organized with problem solving abilities.
• Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills are required. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
• Must have Radiology experience
• Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in management capacity preferred.
• ARRT active

Scheduling Requirements:

• Days to work
• FT

Pay Range:

Range: $145K to $185K

Essential Functions:

• Provides Leadership, Vision, Strategy and Direction in regards to effectively fulfilling the goals and objectives of the Department of Radiology.
• Effectively communicates information, appropriates and utilize resources and manages the department leadership staff and services in order to institute industry best practices.
• Directs staff and operational expenses in the department.
• Establishes annual goals and objectives for the department in conjunction with managers, section supervisors, Medical Directors and Hospital Administration
